The Business DVD is a revealing and entertaining series of programmes showing students the realities of running a business in today’s environment. We see the label's Trailer Park nights being organised and managed, and follow their head of sales to an international music conference. Programme 2: YO! Fulham. YO! Sushi launches a new restaurant in Fulham's new shopping centre. We see the recruitment and training of new workers and the building and design of the restaurant.
